WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for specific products, including:
- Water Heaters
- Inverter AC Units
- Gate Openers
- Solar Power Systems
Pickups are available at our store from:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
You will be notified via WhatsApp and email when your product is ready for pickup.
Shipping Options
We offer shipping for online shoppers who make payments via online bank transfer or cheque for the following products:
- Inverter AC Units
- Solar Power Systems
- Gate Openers
- Water Heaters
Shipping typically takes 14 – 21 days.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location, with fees ranging from $525 to $34,650.
If you choose a shipping option, we will provide additional shipping details after your order has been placed.
Please note: All delivery times and dates are estimates and provided in good faith.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
No, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
- We do not ship on weekends.
- Orders placed on Fridays after 2:00 PM will be processed the following Monday.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.
