To purchase goods or engage services from Solar King Jamaica Limited, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Sale Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any disclaimers provided during our consultation process.

These Sale Terms constitute a binding agreement between Solar King Jamaica Limited (referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our") and our customers (referred to as "You"). Any modifications to these terms must be agreed upon in a written document signed by both parties.

2. Pricing and Estimates

Validity

All prices and quotes provided are estimates based on initial site assessments and are subject to change. Final costs will be confirmed in a formal contract or invoice.

Tax

Unless explicitly stated, prices on our website or marketing materials may exclude GCT (General Consumption Tax).

Currency

All transactions are conducted in local currency (JMD)or United States currency (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Order and Service Processing

All orders and service requests are subject to our acceptance and technical feasibility. Solar King Jamaica Limited reserves the right to decline or terminate an order if:

* A site assessment reveals that the requested installation is not technically viable or safe.

* We are unable to obtain authorization for payment.

* The required products are unavailable due to supply chain delays.

* System failure or clerical errors in pricing/descriptions occur.

4. Site Assessments and Installations

Responsibility

Solar King Jamaica Limited is responsible for the installation of the specific systems purchased- (Solar power equipment, AC, Water Heater, accessories ).

Structural/Third-Party Work

We are not responsible for pre-existing masonry, carpentry, electrical, or plumbing issues that may be discovered during the installation process. Should additional structural work be required to facilitate a safe installation, the customer is responsible for any associated costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Regulatory Compliance

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any necessary local building approvals are obtained. If your solar installation requires grid-tie connection (e.g., JPS Net Billing), Solar King will provide the necessary technical support for the application, but the ultimate approval rests with the relevant utility authorities.

5. Product Availability and Lead Times

All specifications and product data on our website are for illustrative purposes. We strive for accuracy, but stock levels fluctuate. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is processed, we will notify you immediately to discuss alternatives or refund options.

6. Warranty Policy

Workmanship Warranty: Solar King Jamaica Limited provides a one (1) year warranty on our installation workmanship. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized tampering, acts of God (e.g., lightning strikes, floods), or power surges external to our installed equipment.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Products

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund and is subject to inspection. NO REFUNDS on products sold.

Services

Once an installation service has commenced or is completed, fees are generally non-refundable due to the custom nature of the labor involved. Please ensure all project requirements are discussed and approved during the estimation phase.

8. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, we reserve the right to verify transaction-related information. By placing an order, you consent to our use of information for credit verification, identity authentication, and fraud prevention purposes.

9. Legal Notice and Intellectual Property
